The duration of a hair coloring appointment can vary depending on the desired color, hair length, and other factors. On average, a hair coloring appointment can take anywhere from 2-4 hours.

Yes. We offer free 15-minute consultations if you'd like to discuss your hair, colour, treatments or the best service for your needs before booking. 

If you're unsure which service is right for you, please contact the salon or book a consultation before making your appointment. We're happy to advise you. 

Our prices are starting prices and the final cost may vary depending on your hair and the work required.

Extra-long or thick hair, additional product usage and more complicated services may incur an additional charge. Your stylist will discuss this with you where applicable.

Absolutely. Inspiration photos can be very helpful when discussing your desired result. Please remember that the final result may vary depending on your existing hair colour, hair condition, previous chemical services and your hair's individual characteristics. 

Yes. A skin test is required at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.

Skin tests are free and do not require an appointment. If the required skin test has not been completed within the correct timeframe, we may be unable to carry out your colour service.

No. We do not provide hair colouring services to anyone under the age of 16.

Parental or guardian consent does not change this policy.

Yes, potentially. However, it is important that you tell your stylist about your previous colour and chemical history, including professional colour, box dye, bleach, highlights, semi-permanent colour and henna.

Previous colour can affect both what is achievable and the condition of your hair. Your stylist may recommend a consultation before proceeding.

Possibly, but please tell us before your appointment. Box dyes can affect how professional colour and lightener behave, and may mean that your desired result requires additional work or cannot be safely achieved in one appointment. 

No. Colour corrections and total colour changes are available by quotation only.

These services can vary considerably depending on your existing colour, hair history and the result you're hoping to achieve. Please contact us to arrange a consultation and quotation before booking.

No. Inspiration photos are useful for showing your desired result, but every head of hair is different. Your existing colour, previous chemical history, hair condition, natural pigment and other factors can affect the result that can safely be achieved.

Your stylist will discuss what is realistically achievable during your consultation.

Yes. Your stylist will always consider the condition and history of your hair before carrying out a chemical service.

If a requested service could compromise the condition or integrity of your hair, we may recommend an alternative service, a different approach or postponing the service.

 Yes. Please contact the salon directly if you need to make changes to your appointment. Online bookings may occasionally need to be adjusted to accommodate salon availability and stylist schedules. 

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 20% of the booked service or, where a deposit has been paid, the deposit may be retained instead. 

We send a reminder approximately 48 hours before your appointment to help you remember.

A 50% charge of the booked service may apply to no-shows. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment depending on the time available and the services booked.

This is to avoid impacting other clients' appointments.

For most appointments, we may request a deposit of 10% of the full service.

For longer or more specialised appointments, we may request a deposit of up to 50% of the full service.

Where more than 24 hours' notice is given to reschedule, the deposit can normally be transferred to your new appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Yes. Bridal and special occasion hair is one of our specialist services.

We recommend contacting the salon directly rather than booking online, so we can discuss your requirements and recommend the most suitable stylist and appointment.

Retail products must be returned unused, unopened, with the seal intact and in their original condition.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase is required. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We always want you to leave the salon feeling happy with your hair. If something isn't quite right, please let us know within 7 days of your original appointment so we have the opportunity to discuss it with you and put things right where we can.
