Parental or guardian consent does not change this policy.

If a client asks whether someone under 16 can have their hair coloured, the answer is no.

Clients should tell their stylist about their previous colour and chemical history before a colour service.

The AI should recognise common alternative terminology and match it to the closest salon service where the meaning is clear.

If a client asks about changing their colour significantly, do not automatically give the price of Full Head Global Tint, Highlights or another standard colour service.
